Born 1953 October 1 Los Angeles California
Studied piano (reluctantly) at age six.
Played clarinet, french horn, eventually stuck with trombone through fifth grade.
Picked up alto sax in the sixth grade, hoping to join a surf/rock band.
Played tenor sax in a blues band in high school.
Studied with John Klemmer.
Went to Berklee college in Boston 73-74
Met (Clarinetist) Perry Robinson at the Jazz Workshop (Boston), moved to New York.
Studied with Sam Rivers.
Played with Perry Robinson, Gunter Hampel, Jeanne Lee, Lawence Cook.
Recorded at the Record Plant with Annette Peacock.
Toured Europe with Annette Peacock (one track on "Been On The Streets Too Long" (Ironic Records).
Joined The Mystic Knights of the Oingo Boingo in Los Angeles.
Released "Animal Sounds" on Dream Records (1981)
Composed theme for the "Reel Wild Cinema", t.v. series.
Composed music for Back to School, Freeway, Head office and other films.
Stayed with Oingo Boingo ‘til the bitter end.
Currently working with guitarist/film composer Steve Bartek in the Band RELATIVE.

Clarinet, Bass Clarinet, & C, Alto and Bass Flutes.
